Discovering My Epilepsy is a support group for children, teens and their families living with epilepsy. Our mission is to help one another understand the many life changes associated with epilepsy. Our goals are to provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment, nurture new friends, and create a support network for the siblings and parents of those with epilepsy.

If you have not done so already be sure to fill out a Family Intake Sheet so that we may better assist you.

Join us for Camp Matty, a therapeutic horseback riding summer day camp for children living with epilepsy. A week filled with fun, arts and crafts and games but the focus is on the children experiencing daily horseback riding and learning to care for their horses. Friendships are formed among children and parents. Camp Matty is supported by wonderful volunteers, including medical staff from the Children’s Neurodevelopment Center at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
